This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising services. Photos are stored on our own server and the text uses your device’s system font; nothing is loaded from Google or any other third party.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you visit it, the host processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser, in order to deliver the page and protect it from misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) may process data in the USA; the provider is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Booking
Bookings are currently made via Booking.com, where Booking.com’s privacy policy applies.
Links to Booking.com and Google Maps
Links to other websites are ordinary links. No data is transferred until you click such a link; the privacy policy of the provider concerned then applies.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we use your details only to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and keep them only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet legal retention obligations.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in your country of residence in the EU, or with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
